Our student residence in Dubai is made for young people aged 16 to 17 who are studying English and living away from home for the first time. It is a safe, comfortable, and well-organized place where students can focus on their studies and enjoy life in one of the world’s most exciting cities.

The residence is in a student-friendly area near major schools and colleges. It provides a calm and secure place to live, with everything students need close by. Modern single rooms, clear house rules, and on-site support staff help students enjoy their independence, while parents can trust that safety and well-being come first.

Your Accommodation

The Student Residence offer modern, fully furnished student accommodation with a designated room option (Deluxe Single Room) specifically for U18s (16-17yr old) students.
U18s rooms are strictly reserved for U18 students only, ensuring an age-appropriate, student-only living environment in line with welfare and safeguarding standards.
The residence is professionally managed, with clear house rules and a structured setup.
Rooms are designed to meet students’ daily living and study needs, providing comfort, functionality, and privacy. Regular cleaning services and on-site support help maintain a consistently high standard of living.

Free residence shuttle service operating several times per day.
Average travel time to EC Dubai (Knowledge Park) is approximately 45–50 minutes.

House Rules

This room option is available exclusively for students under 18 years old
Male and female students may share common areas; bedrooms are single gender
Smoking and alcohol are strictly prohibited
Students must follow residence rules and behavioural guidelines at all times
Basic cleanliness must be maintained in rooms and shared areas
Students are encouraged to communicate in English and show respect to others
The EC Student Code of Conduct applies; failure to comply may result in termination of accommodation (EC Student Code of Conduct, ).

Cancellations

Cancellation prior to arrival

Students cancelling or postponing 14 days or less prior to their accommodation start date will be charged a two-week accommodation fee at the rate quoted in the price list, in addition to the accommodation placement fee.

Cancellation after arrival

Students leaving the residence must provide four weeks’ written notice prior to termination. If notice is not given, a cancellation fee equal to four weeks of accommodation cost will apply.
