The DELF (Diplôme d’Etudes en Langue Française) and DALF (Diplôme Approfondi en Langue Française) are official French language proficiency exams that certify the ability of non-French speakers to use the language. The exams are awarded by the French Ministry of Education and are recognized internationally.
