Your Accommodation
Student rooms are cozy with basic amenities including microwave, mini refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker, and a flat screen television, The building has a concierge, lounge, entertainment, library, shared kitchen, and a fitness center.
We offer two room types:
- Single with en-suite bath: A private bedroom occupied by one person only and a fully private, adjoining bathroom.
- Semi-private with shared bath: One space with a partition diving sleeping areas for 2 occupants, providing a balance of privacy and shared facilities. The bathroom will be shared with one other student, but only one student can occupy the bathroom at any time.
* EC requires flight information, phone number, and email addresses for all students staying at this residence prior to arrival.

Laundry
Laundry Facilities are located in the basement of the Mansfield. Cost is $3.25 for washer and $2.75 for dryer. Will need to download the app “ShinePay”. Shared rooms will be cleaned bi-weekly. Single rooms will be cleaned prior to check-in. Cleaning service can be provided at an additional cost and should be reserved through EC New York.
Add-on 3: $15/week/person

Fresh bed linens: $30/each
Fresh bed linens offered to students upon demand (students will change themselves).
