Your Accommodation

Our student residences are shared accommodation which is thoughtfully designed to provide the perfect balance of privacy and social opportunities.

All rooms are fully furnished and include comfy beds, wide desks, wardrobes, and clever storage solutions to ensure a comfortable stay. Modern amenities, including shared kitchens with essential appliances and social spaces, create a welcoming environment for studying and socializing.

Rooms

Single Rooms offer private spaces with en-suite bathrooms, ideal for those who value personal comfort while sharing communal areas like a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge.

Twin Rooms provide a spacious shared living option, perfect for students who enjoy a more communal experience.

Facilities and services

Weekly cleaning service for stays of two weeks or longer (surface cleaning and garbage collection; no linen or laundry changes).
On-site laundry facilities (students need to provide their own detergent).
Fully equipped kitchens with cooking ranges, fridges, microwaves, kettles, water dispensers, pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.
24-hour security and help desk for peace of mind.
Utility bills and maintenance services are included.
Towels are not provided. Students are responsible to bring their own towels.

Arrival and Departure

Please arrive at the airport between 05:00 am and 23:00 pm. Late/early arrivals may be asked to book alternative accommodation. To book an airport transfer, please provide your flight number, arrival time, terminal and airport of origin – minimum 2 weeks in advance. 

Other ways to get to your shared apartment
You can take Uber/Lyft or taxi to the residence.

Arrival day: Saturday
Check-in: You can check in at 3pm, but if the room is ready early you will be allowed  to check in earlier. If the room isn’t ready and you come before 3pm, your luggage can be kept at the residence and you can wait in the lounge room. Late check in is allowed. 

You will check in and check out at the front desk. All students must have an ID. You will pick up and drop off keycards at the front desk. All arrivals and departures must be communicated at least 48h in advance.

House Rules

Students must be 16 + to choose this residence
Mixed Gender: Male and female students share common areas and facilities, but bedrooms are single gender.
Overnight guests allowed 2 days max are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the residence.
While we promote and support diversity, we cannot guarantee language mix. However, we always encourage students to use English to communicate, be respectful and inclusive of others
EC provides a clean living space for all students and expects a basic level of respect from all students. For example, if something is dropped, pick it up; do not leave clothes and belongings on the floor; place rubbish and leftovers in a garbage bag
Students are required to follow EC Student Code of Conduct, failure to do so can result in termination of the accommodation.

Cancellations

Cancellation prior to arrival

Students cancelling or postponing 14 days or less prior to their accommodation dates will be charged a two-week accommodation fee at the rate quoted in the price list for the accommodation booked and the accommodation placement fee.

Cancellation after arrival

Students leaving their accommodation must give notice in writing 4 weeks prior to termination. After deducting the price of accommodation used, including the required notice period, charged at standard accommodation rates, students will be refunded the remaining accommodation costs. If the 4-week notice period is not provided a cancellation fee equal to 4 weeks of the accommodation cost will apply.
