Embassy Summer is a finalist for Best Customer Service at the 2025 British Youth Travel Awards!

This nomination is a proud moment for everyone at Embassy Summer and EC English. The British Youth Travel Awards recognise outstanding organisations in youth, student, and educational travel, so being a finalist is an incredible honour, especially in such a competitive field.

Embassy Summer recognised for outstanding customer service

The Best Customer Service category recognises those who truly put people first, from the first enquiry to the final farewell. At Embassy Summer, that’s exactly what we do. Every summer, we welcome thousands of young learners from around the world to our centres across the UK, Ireland, the USA, and Malta. Our teams work hard all year to make sure every Embassy Summer student feels safe, supported, and inspired as they learn English.

From greeting students warmly to supporting agents and parents and building safe, fun environments, our team is at the heart of it all. This nomination reflects their dedication and care.

A celebration of excellence

The British Youth Travel Awards, run by BETA, recognise excellence in youth travel. An independent panel judges hundreds of entries each year across customer service, accommodation, and language learning.

Being recognised by such an esteemed organisation, especially in a record-breaking entry year, highlights the quality of our service. Winners will be announced on 26 November at the Ministry of Sound, London, and we look forward to celebrating with other inspiring organisations.
